Student Council Officers, sponsor and NHS members meet at the airport before their flight early in the morning.

From Jan. 17 to 21 the Student Council (StuCo) Officers will be in Orlando, Florida. They will be attending the Youth Education Series Training which is to be held at the EPCOT park in Disney World. However, they are not the only students attending. National Honor Society (NHS) Officer Aubrey Linn and three other NHS members will be there “to include the leaders of the school,” StuCo Sponsor Susan Parent said. Along with Parent, Algebra II teacher Kelly Camerino, Class of 2020 AP Julie Medearis and Chemistry teacher Abigail Garrison will be there to chaperone the students at the Disney Parks and at the All-Star Movie Resort. “The Youth Education Series Training is going to teach them how to work in groups with people they don’t know,” Parent said. “Which is good for their future in which ever career they choose.”
