The stretch of Grand Parkway adjacent to the school is already gaining a new shopping center. The Grand Parkway Marketplace will be anchored by a new Target as well as clothes, food and other supply type stores. The Target is scheduled to be open to the public by the middle of March 2017 with other stores following suit as soon as possible. The Marketplace is planning for an anticipated number of sixty stores opened by the end of that same year. The confirmed stores include: DSW, Petsmart, Michaels, Burlington Coat Factory, Ulta, Party City, TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Orangetheory Fitness, Blaze Pizza, Potbelly, Carters/OshGosh, Vitamin Shoppe, Great Cookie and Marble Slab Ice Cream.
